TERMS OF SALES
GUEST ROOMS: the Rose des Vents, the Blanche Hermine, the Fleur de Sel, the Compagnie des Indes lodge, the Kota Ty Bihan


Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. We are committed to personally welcoming holidaymakers with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region. This contract is supplemented by special conditions of sale which you will find in our digital welcome booklet.

Article 2 - Duration of stay - Dates
The reservation relates to the period indicated on the reservation confirmation email.
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3- Prices:
The only contractual prices are those displayed on the site:

Prices are inclusive of all taxes. They include the provision of bed and bathroom linen, breakfast, access to the sauna as well as the services described on the page of each accommodation.

The tourist tax of 0€60/day/person is to be paid on site. Access to the Finnish bath is not included: it can be taken as an option.

Article 4 – Deposit and reservation confirmation
To validate your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required; it is deductible from the total price of the stay and your invoice. It is cashed upon receipt and it is from receipt of the deposit and receipt of the reservation contract or signed quote that your reservation will be firm.For reservations made online, we remind you that you do not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date. or according to a determined periodicity. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions of sale.


Article 5 - Cancellation by the customer
If you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask you to send us a letter or email.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded to you, deduction of the fees taken by the bank,
-If the cancellation occurs between the 15th and 7th day before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded at 50%, deduction of the fees taken by the bank,
-If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the stay, the deposit will remain forfeited, knowing that we reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.


b) If you do not show up before 8:30 p.m. on the scheduled start day of your stay (unless you have informed us of a possible delay), the rental will be canceled and the room or gite will be rented again. We will keep your deposit and we can claim the balance of the accommodation price from you.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, we will retain the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices.

In the specific context of a pandemic, you would be fully reimbursed upon proof: government or prefectural decision, hospitalization or quarantine, contact case.


Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner
If we cancel the stay before it begins, we will inform you by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or email and you will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts paid. In the specific context of a pandemic, you will be fully reimbursed.
Failure to comply with the health protocol will be an immediate cause for cancellation of the contract. In this case, there will be no refund possible.

Article 7 - Arrival and departure
Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, please let us know by calling or sending an SMS to 06.64.95.26.75 or 06.63.48.31.24.
Arrivals before 5 p.m. are not permitted.
Check-out time for rooms is 11 a.m. After 11 a.m., you will be charged for an additional night.

If you have forgotten something in your accommodation, we can return the forgotten item to you; but you will be charged for postage costs as well as a flat rate of €10 for time spent and travel costs.Having already had unpaid debts, we would like to point out that we will not advance these costs.

Article 8 - Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 8:45 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Article 9 - Payment of balance
Payment of the balance will be requested by email 15 days before your arrival. You can then pay the balance by Stripe, by bank transfer or contact us for payment by bank check, cash or holiday vouchers.
If the balance is not paid before the due date, the reservation will become void and we will keep your deposit. For payments by holiday vouchers, we also thank you for remembering to prepare payment of your balance if you have not paid everything. In fact, you will be asked for this upon your arrival. Concerning extras (drinks, table d'hôtes, massage, wellness activities, etc.), they must be paid gradually, in order to avoid any unpaid bills.

Article 10- Payment
We accept: payments by credit card, ANCV holiday vouchers, cash in euros, bank transfers.Foreign checks are not accepted.
For foreign countries, we ask to pay us the deposit by bank transfer when signing the contract (a RIB will be attached to the contract). Any transfer costs are entirely your responsibility; We thank you for specifying this to your bank when requesting the transfer; otherwise we would be forced to ask you for them upon your arrival.


Article 11 - Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury. This tax is included in the price. For 2020, its amount is 0.60€/day/person.

Article 12 - Use of the premises
We leave at your disposal the dining room, the kitchen and the herbal tea and happy time area, the terrace, the garden and the meadow. A bicycle shelter is also available.
These places are common spaces. Also, for the well-being of all, we ask you to leave them clean and tidy, to pick up your cigarette butts and to use the ashtray provided.layout, put away chairs, store your shoes in your rooms and coolers in the kitchen. These essential rules will allow everyone to have a good stay.

In the evening you can use the kitchen shared with the guest rooms, provided you do your dishes and put them away, clean the table, place the bottles in the bins provided, clean and empty your fridge before your departure, empty the bins from the kitchen. You will find a trash can for "everyone", one for compost and one for bottles. Trash containers are available under the carport. Concerning the bottles, you can leave them in a box under the carport.


No meals can be taken in the rooms which must be returned in good condition. Any damage will entail your liability for repair or compensation. A bank imprint is taken when booking for this purpose.



Furthermore, we ask you to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and to use them in accordance with their intended purpose.We particularly draw your attention to respecting traffic rules on the car park and the path, in particular respecting a speed limit, and parking spaces reserved for guest rooms. We draw your attention to the fact that it is prohibited to park in the courtyard, unless you have a major disability. Free, enclosed parking is available at the entrance to the property.
We would like to point out that the entire house is a non-smoking area.
We draw your attention to the fact that minors operating on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
Any behavior contrary to good morals, public order, or considered to endanger the lives of others will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any reimbursement if a payment has already been made. been carried out
We will not accept any liability for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property and/or people on the property, however caused.


The Finnish bath is open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. from the Easter holidays until the All Saints' holidays only by reservation (time slot of 1 hour per room per day), and the sauna from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. throughout year round by reservation as well (1 hour slot per room per day). Access to the spa (Finnish bath and sauna) is prohibited for minors, pregnant women and people suffering from asthma, respiratory insufficiency or cardiovascular problems or high blood pressure. Access may be refused in the event of non-compliance with spa regulations. Places, goods and people are the responsibility of users. The maximum number of people at each session is 2.


Article 13 - Capacity
The reservation is established for a specific number of people.If on the day of arrival the number of occupants is greater, we reserve the right to refuse additional people. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Visitors may be admitted under your responsibility and after receiving our approval. You must first declare their number as well as their identity. They are required to respect the rules of our guest house. They cannot access collective facilities, in particular the sauna, Finnish bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, garden or private room facilities (jacuzzi, shower). Their visit time is limited to 1 hour. Their vehicle must be parked on the visitor site. Beyond that, you will be charged a supplement of €15/person.

Article 14 - Animals
For reasons of hygiene and tranquility, animals are not allowed.If a customer leaves due to the refusal of their animal, no refund can be considered.

It is forbidden to feed the animals on the property, certain foods being contraindicated for their health (bread, etc.).

Article 15 - Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.

Article 16 – Data processing and freedom law
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We undertake not to transmit under any circumstances the information you have communicated to us to other companies or organizations.

Article 17 – Health protocol
By accepting these general and specific conditions of sale, you agree to respect the health protocol put in place to fight the covid 19 pandemic.This protocol is attached as an appendix to these conditions of sale. Failure to comply with these safety rules is grounds for cancellation of the rental contract, without any possibility of reimbursement.

Article 11 - Inventory
An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative upon arrival and departure from the gîte. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures. The state of cleanliness of the gîte upon the client's arrival must be noted in the inventory. Cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the customer during the rental period and before departure. The amount of any cleaning costs at the end of your stay is set at €60.

Any complaint relating to the inventory of the premises and the condition of the description during rental must be submitted to the classification body within 3 days of entry into the premises. Any other complaint must also be sent to him as soon as possible, by letter. In the event of persistent disagreement, disputes may be submitted to arbitration by the classification body which will endeavor to find an amicable agreement.

Article 12 - Use of the premises

Article 13 – Security deposit

When the tenant arrives, a security deposit of €400 is requested by the owner upon arrival.After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, less the cost of restoring the premises if damage is noted, within a maximum period of 15 days. In the event of early departure (before the time mentioned in this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory on the same day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding not 15 days.

Article 14 – Insurance
The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. We invite you to check that your home insurance contract provides for the resort extension (vacation rental). In fact, the tenant is required to insure the accommodation entrusted to him or rented to him.
We draw your attention to the fact that minors operating on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.

2 persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, we reserve the right to refuse additional customers. However, we accept the presence of a child under 2 years old for whom a supplement of 10€/day will be requested.

Article 16- Payment of charges
At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay to the owner charges not included in the price. Water and electricity at a rate of 8 kWh/day are included. Beyond this consumption, electricity will be billed at €0.15/kWh.

Article 17 - Animals
Animals are not allowed. If a customer leaves due to the refusal of their animal, no refund can be considered.

It is forbidden to feed the animals on the property, certain foods being contraindicated for their health (bread, etc.).

Article 18 - Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
